ETFE thin film characteristics:
1. Elongation: good elongation, can stretch 3 to 4 times, can be processed into any shape;
2. Compressive and tensile properties: very good compressive performance, can withstand heavy rain, hail, dust storms and other bad weather attacks;
3. Fire resistance and heat resistance: when igniting it with fire, it will extinguish itself when leaving the fire. Only when the ignition point is above 715 degrees can a hole be burned, and it is smokeless, non-proliferation, and no burning matter falls off.
4. Repairability: When a single ETFE film is destroyed artificially, it can be replaced as a whole piece of glass.
5. Self-cleaning: small friction coefficient, not easy to adhere to dust, easy to scour;
6. Transparency: The transmittance of ETFE can reach 95%, and it can also be reduced to 50% by surface printing.
7. Thermal conductivity: ETFE thin films have low thermal conductivity, and the number of layers through which the energy dissipation index passes can be further reduced.
8. Light weight: ETFE film is only 1% of the weight of glass of the same size;
9. Environmentally friendly: It can be recycled to produce new membrane materials or other ETFE products after separation of impurities.
