With the deepening of environmental awareness, the odor gas produced in the sewage treatment process of urban sewage treatment plants has gradually become an indispensable problem, in order to minimize pollution as much as possible. The implementation of water treatment plant’s influence on the surrounding environment is imperative for the deodorization of sewage treatment plant structures.
Membrane structure sewage tank canopy: The deodorizing and sealing project of the sewage tank mainly covers the tank with steel anti-hanging anticorrosive membrane material, and professional anticorrosive membrane material must be used, especially the supporting structure and anticorrosive coating. The whole tank is covered with waste gas by anticorrosive film with strong anticorrosive ability, and the film is suspended from the outside by steel structure. In this way, not only the corrosion resistance of the anticorrosive film material is brought into play, but also the corrosion problem caused by the contact with corrosive gas of the steel structure can be fundamentally solved. The ingenious structure of the steel support reverse hanging UV membrane structure is “anti-hoisting”. The corrosion resistant membrane is used to cover the exhaust gas and the steel structure is suspended on the outside. 1、 Normal Carbon Steel Frame + Sun panel
Structural features: low investment, general corrosion resistance, short service life, used for temporary closure or other emergency works.
2、 Stainless steel framework + filling, colored steel plate
Structural features: easy construction, short construction period, high self -weight and short service life, and can be applied to large-span ponds.
3、Stainless steel framework + glass plate
Structural features: good anticorrosive property, high cost, long service life, and not suitable for large-span ponds.
4、 Stainless steel framework + flat panel explosion-proof glass
Structural features: good corrosion protection, long service life but high cost
5、 Modular or FRP cover plate
Structural features: no structural support, economical and durable, but not suitable for large-span capping.
6、 Plain carbon steel frame +PVDF membrane (or PTFE glass fiber membrane)
Structural features: good anticorrosive properties, reasonable cost, light weight, long service life, convenient maintenance operation, and can be applied to large-span ponds with diverse shapes and beautiful appearance!
In summary, it has been widely used in China, but due to their respective advantages and disadvantages, we are all aware that the sixth method is being well promoted and applied in China.
